I really really liked this episode. I would rate it a 9/10.
I'm glad Sam and Dean didn't just say ok to Mary working with the BMoL, instead they told her that they don't like her working for them for obvious reasons, I really hope Mary will come to her senses about going down that road.
I also liked the explanation how Crowley got Lucifer under his controll and the explanation for how they managed to bring Mark Pellegrino back.
And Gavin, a great guy for laying down his life to safe others.
What do you guys think?

I really like it a lot too and rate it 8.5. It was nice to see Gavin again even though it was a tool for Rowena to score a point off Crowley for him forcing her hand in killing Oskar. Family Feud was a good title. Considering what was going on around our characters.
I posted this on MovieChat.org the site which has our old IMDb posts on it. A new movie forum.

I thought in parts it was really strong. It had me entertained which is the most important thing. At first, it appeared just a boring old monster of the week story. But as it unfolded you could tell it was about family, and more importantly 'family feud'. Sam/Dean/Mary; Crowley/Rowena, Gavin/Crowley, Crowley/Lucifer, Lucifer/his unborn baby/woman carrying the baby? There was so much going on. I liked the story behind Gavin's ghost and the special effects at the end. This show is getting better with disappearing effects. But the bit the scared the crap out of me was the ghost's hands coming up out of that bed in the first opening scenes. WOW! I thought it was gonna happen in the closet, but no, whilst she was trying to sleep. The stuff were nightmares come from. These writers are getting better and its showing.
I loved the closing scenes with Rowena scoring points off Crowley, the boys and Mary in the Bunker bickering and Lucifer hunting his baby locked to the chair, that music matching up with the scene at the end was perfect.

I too really liked this episode. It was a nice mixture of earlier SPN with new. They are really nailing these endings . I will go 8.5.

I felt the same, I had to laugh really hard after that scare.

It felt like something that Supernatural had never tried before, it felt different to the normal opening murder monster scenes they usually put on. It was scary and very dramatic. Totally unexpected.

It was a nice mixture of earlier SPN with new. I think this is why I am enjoying S12 so much. There is something familiar about many of the episodes- a sense of earlier SPN, even with the new storylines. I liked this one too. It was scary (the teacher in the bed; trying to figure out which of the 2 girls' school teachers the ghost was going to get), and even a little funny (Lucifer exclaiming, “Oh my Dad!”) I liked Mary before, but now that she’s adjusted to her new reality with her children, I’m starting to love her. I enjoy watching her as a hunter and as a mom. I didn’t like her lying to Sam and Dean about working with the BMoL and I was very happy to see her come clean and tell them everything. Sure, they’re disappointed, but she’s made it clear that her family comes first. I have a feeling she will ultimately sacrifice herself for one or both of her boys, and I’ll be sad to see her go. A Rugaru killing, bacon eating, beer drinking, loving mother- she’s kind of a cool character. I was never much of a fan of Gavin. He was a character that was added to introduce Crowley’s back story in S6. Like Chrissy, Kate, Bartholomew, and Cole he was a character that I didn’t need to see again after that first episode. I just didn’t care about his story. At all. I think there were several ways Crowley and Rowena could have "feuded" without bringing Gavin into their family dynamic. It didn't ruin the episode for me, but it didn't add anything either. I would rate this one 8.5/10.
